387 Systems Administrator (Windows OR Linux)

Location- Dahlgren, VA/NSWCDD-Main Gate office – Onsite

Clearance Secret required

Salary range-70k-90k

Education

• Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.

Experience 

• 1.5 years of professional systems administration experience supporting hardware, software, servers, and IT infrastructure.

• Experience administering Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, and Windows Server 2022 environments.

• Knowledge of system security, vulnerabilities, STIG updates, ACAS scanning, and RMF processes.

• Experience building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Windows systems.

• Experience collaborating with corporate and vendor SMEs to resolve complex technical issues.

• Experience documenting STIG-related trouble reports and supporting system modifications.

• Familiarity with DoD IA training, certification, and privileged-access requirements.
