386 Electronics Technician

Location- Dahlgren, VA/NSWCDD-Main Gate office – Onsite

Clearance Secret required

Salary range-49K-59K 

Education

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college in Electronics, or equivalent electronic certification requiring a minimum of 32 weeks of education

Experience

• 3.5 years (42 months) of demonstrated experience working in electronic laboratories.

• Knowledge of electronics techniques and theories, including:

  • Basic electricity and electronic theory.

  • Algebra and elementary physics.

• Knowledge of electronic equipment design, development, evaluation, testing, installation, and maintenance.

• Knowledge of the capabilities, limitations, operation, design, characteristics, and functional use of various types and models of electronic test equipment.
