335 Operations Center Support

Location:  Contractor facility at NSWCDD (Dahlgren, VA), offering hybrid/telework flexibility.

Clearance:  Secret

Certifications: IAT Level I or higher – CompTIA A+, Network +, SSCP, Security+ CE

 Requirements:

  • Three (3) years’ relevant technical experience in operating a PC-based and telephone-based Service Support Center.
  • Three (3) years’ experience with User Administration processes.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in using computers, laptops, and common windows applications
  • Two (2) years’ experience in monitoring, managing and prioritizing incident, service requests and call queues to meet Service Level Agreements, ensure equitable and efficient team workloads to support business goals.
  • Two (2) years’ experience and knowledge with SharePoint platform.
  • One (1) year of experience in using principles, methods, and techniques used in computer troubleshooting and support.
