363 Program Analyst-Facilities

Clearance-Secret-must have
Education
- Five (5) years of relevant experience demonstrated strong technical understanding and the ability to prepare complex, detailed technical documents and reports, OR
- Three (3) years of specialized experience in:
- Financial planning, budgeting, and execution of project funds for allocation purposes
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting
- Coordination of task planning, schedule development, and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects
Technical Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to produce complex documents containing tables, graphs, charts, and multi-column formats
- Experience processing complex technical reports and documentation
- Ability to participate in Technical Progress Reviews, Design Reviews, and other technical meetings
- Ability to provide timely status updates and contribute to technical reports, white papers, and meeting materials
Facilities & Operational Support:
- Support both the Department Facilities Lead and Division facilities tasking
- Assist in managing facilities schedules and coordinating with contractors or government personnel regarding work status
- Enter and track trouble tickets to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure worksites are properly maintained and comply with safety standards
Additional Requirements:
- Government-approved vehicle driver preferred
- Occasional travel to the Naval Observatory (rare) may be required
