361 Program Support Specialist

Location: NSWCDD- on site 100%

Clearance: Secret

Program Support Tasking:

  • Use MS Project for developing program plans and tracking program execution including the generation of critical path.
  • Generate weekly status reports, update monthly reporting presentations and respond to administrative data calls.
  • Attend meetings and working groups. Provide meeting minutes and serve as the single point of collection for team information, questions, and action items generated during meetings.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Provide financial and programmatic assistance for the development of budget planning estimates for Task Planning Sheets (TPS), TPS entry and updates in the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), cost estimates for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs), and impact statements due to reduced allocations.

Education/Professional Certifications:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or

An Associate’s degree from an accredited college with one (1) year of demonstrated program management support experience; or Five (5) years demonstrated program management support experience.

Specialized Experience:

Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite software to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Outlook;

Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and processes for program management tasks such as status reporting and program scheduling;

Demonstrated experience executing Program Status Reporting Meetings and generating written status reports in MS Word and PowerPoint formats;

Demonstrated experience generating program briefing for senior leadership;

Demonstrated experience planning and tracking program execution in MS Project or similar tool to include Critical Path Analysis.
