Clearance: Required Secret

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a school of engineering with at least one curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) as a professional engineering curriculum in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer, Electronics Engineering, and Software Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields of study: Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics
• A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields of study: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics.
• A Ph.D degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields of study: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics.

General Software Development Experience:

• Minimum fifteen (15) years if Candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or,
• Minimum twelve (12) years if Candidate has a Master’s degree or,
• Minimum eight (8) years if Candidate has a Ph.D degree

Specialized Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing detailed and complex software design and development meeting sub millisecond timing requirements;
• Minimum of ten (10) years of program/project level experience software design and development experience for DOD sensor or weapon systems with a minimum of 200,000 Source Lines of Code (SLOC).

General Software Development Experience:

• Minimum four (4) years since award of Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum two (2) years since award of Master’s degree

Required Specialized Experience:

• Experience performing detailed and complex software design and development meeting sub millisecond timing requirements.
• Experience working in specific environments: Jenkins, Docker, Java, Python, Ruby, Perl, Scripting YAML, SAST (Static Application Security Testing), DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing)

• Experience creating and maintain software pipelines.
